Honey & Apple Cider Sour
An ode to the traditional, but with a tangy twist, our sour is a bittersweet blend of Jack Daniels Tennesse Honey, stirred with honey, lemon and our crisp Inch’s apple cider (cowboy boots and toothpick chewing optional).
Ingredients:
- 100ml Inch’s apple cider
- 25ml Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey
- 10ml Honey
- 10ml Lemon Juice
Method
- Add a little ice to an Inch’s half pint glass or tumbler
- Pour in the Inch’s cider
- Add the Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey whiskey, lemon juice and honey
- Gently stir with a mixing spoon (or a normal spoon will do)
- Garnish with a lemon wedge or twist of zest
