Inch’s Apple Cider Cooler
So cool, even the cucumbers want in. This refreshing (not to mention refreshingly easy to make) appley twist on a summer classic is the perfect way to impress your guests.
Ingredients:
- 100ml Inch’s apple cider
- 25ml Gin
- 10ml Elderflower Cordial
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 4 Cucumber Slices
Method
- Fill an Inch's half pint glass or highball glass with ice (for bonus points, chill glass in the freezer first)
- Pour in the Inch's cider
- Add the gin, elderflower and lemon juice
- Gently stir with a mixing spoon (or a normal spoon will do)
- Garnish with cucumber slices and/or a lemon wedge
