Inch's Apple Cider Fizz
Fancy a refreshing fizz without the fuss? We’ve got just the thing: a simply delicious fruity fusion of vodka, citrus and delicious apples. A marriage made in heaven – or, more practically, in your kitchen.
Ingredients:
- 75ml Inch’s apple cider
- 25ml Vodka
- 50ml Lemonade or Citrus Soda
Method
- Fill an Inch’s half pint glass or highball glass with ice
- Pour in the Inch’s cider
- Add the vodka, and your choice of lemonade or citrus soda (we have gone with grapefruit)
- Gently stir with a mixing spoon (or a normal spoon will do)
- Garnish with a lemon wedge or slice of citrus to match your soda
