Inch's Apple Cider Mule
With a mule-like kick to it, our delicious Inch’s Cider Mule mixes Mexican spirit with our delicious, juicy apples. Or, if you fancy mixing it up, swap in rum for a deliciously different ‘Dark & Stormy’.
Ingredients:
- 75ml Inch’s apple cider
- 50ml Ginger Beer
- 25ml Tequila
- 10ml Lemon Juice
Method
- Fill an Inch’s half pint glass or highball glass with ice
- Pour in the Inch’s cider
- Add the ginger beer, tequila and lemon juice
- Gently stir with a mixing spoon (or a normal spoon will do)
- Garnish with a squeezed lemon wedge (and an apple wheel if you fancy)
