Inch's Apple Cider-jito

A mojito with more ‘mojo’, our take on the classic mojito is the best Hereford-Havana combo since, erm, ever? Mint, apples and rum dance a refreshing salsa that your taste buds won’t forget.

Ingredients:

  • 100ml Inch’s apple cider
  • 25ml Light Rum
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 5ml Sugar Syrup
  • 5 Mint Leaves 

Method

  1. Fill an Inch’s half pint glass or highball glass with ice (crushed ice if you’re looking to impress)
  2. Pour in the Inch’s cider
  3. Add the rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and mint leaves
  4. Gently stir with a mixing spoon (or a normal spoon will do)
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge
