Inch's Apple Cider-jito
A mojito with more ‘mojo’, our take on the classic mojito is the best Hereford-Havana combo since, erm, ever? Mint, apples and rum dance a refreshing salsa that your taste buds won’t forget.
Ingredients:
- 100ml Inch’s apple cider
- 25ml Light Rum
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
- 5 Mint Leaves
Method
- Fill an Inch’s half pint glass or highball glass with ice (crushed ice if you’re looking to impress)
- Pour in the Inch’s cider
- Add the rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and mint leaves
- Gently stir with a mixing spoon (or a normal spoon will do)
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge
